This was my second time to use Zerorez, The first time my husband and I were pretty pleased. I am moving out of my house and needed to have my carpets cleaned. When i saw on the Zerorez website that they will also clean showers I got pretty excited, I felt the price to clean the showers was reasonable, since the showers are fiberglass not tile. I was very disappointed when I saw the results. The goal was to have the shower surrounds to look shiny and new and to remove the hard water stains from the glass. Neither of these tasks were accomplished, the hard water stains remained and the surface of the shower was dull and had a film on it as if it had not been rinsed, the floor was not cleaned at all in one and the tub in the other was not cleaned either. I was told after the cleaning that the brush they used was not small enough to get into the corners, so they still looked dirty, the hard water stains on the door were still there, again I was told the brush that was used would not remove these. In the end I hired a professional cleaning company to do a final clean on the house before showing, the cleaning company cleaned the showers and made them look brand new, and didn't charge me $175.00 per shower. I hate that I paid twice to get this job accomplished. The carpets are old so looked fine for their age, the tile in the house looked pretty good too, some spots in the laundry room were left, I was told they were stains that could not be removed, but again I was able to remove them with a scrub brush and a little elbow grease. I have recommended Zerorez in the past, but will be careful in the future.
I was very impressed with my service rep. He was very personable, informative, and did a great job getting stains and dirt out of my carpet. I have used your company several times and have been very pleased with the results.

He did a very thorough job! My carpet was clean, but was left a little wetter than I expected it to be. It is a very low pile carpet in my office. Not a big deal, but the tech said it would be dry in 4-6 hrs.
