Paid $400 plus and still has stains and a smell. I wish we would have been told we would have to pay to send them off to have them cleaned properly and pay 400-600 per rug but they would be done correctly. Instead we paid for something that wasn’t ever going to be fixed had we not sent it off. To top that off on the day of service I received 5 texts and 3 calls saying they were on their way and out sooooo was from 4-6pm not 8-10 not 10-12 not 12-2 not 2-4. Each time I had to call and tell them we weren’t available until 4-6. Won’t use you again
Our technician worked very hard snd did a great job on the upholstery of our chairs.

The tile/grout cleaning was not what I expected from Zerorez. The grout di not get clean.
Also the service provider charged me for an extra room. He called the kitchen eating area another room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gentleman who was dispatched to my home (last name is Ruffin) was timely, very professional, and very polite. He paid attention to details in my home and offered other recommendations for future cleaning, which I will schedule.
There was no icky smell or residue upon completion of the cleaning, so I am extremely satisfied with the services I received.

The house smelled Like wet dog and we don't even have dogs we had to spray for breeze on the carpet
I assume the carpet is clean, but drying time was about 60 hours. I had thermostat turned way down to dehumidify and 2 fans running. The carpet was very, very wet from this cleaning process in many places. Fortunately I was able to limit use of the room, but was really surprised that it took so long to dry/was soaked so deeply. Because the carpet was wet for so long, it felt like the fibers were not fluffy after cleaning. This was a high grade carpet and pad that was less than 1 year old, so cleaning should have been easy. I've vacuumed several times now since it's been dry and it seems better, but not sure it's really clean - not sure what's in your solution. It was sticky while it was wet.
I also had 2 upholstered chairs done and they dried within 8 hours/seem fine. There was no visible dirt on them to start with, but assume they are clean/dust removed, freshened etc.
I've only used Zerorez for upholstery and floor rugs in the past without issue, so thought I'd try on the carpet. I would return to chem-dry process for carpet in the future I think.
