Professional, experienced
The actual service was great and the technician was awesome. They made a missed appointment when the service truck broke down right. I will definitely use them again
Quality employees that explain what they will do, and how. They make sure that the job satisfies the customer, not just the service person
2nd visit worked on shower floor only. Left fan blowing to dry created some dust said he would clean it up on return. Was gone about an hour returned saying he had forgotten the fan picked it up left small mess behind. Poor overall job in bathroom still dull no shine. I would like a refund for the bathroom. Yes a second man came thru for five minutes watched the guy and left.
The spots that needed to be cleaned showed up the next day. We are not pleased, at all, with the cleaning job.

The technician has shown up on time for the two appointments I have booked. Unlike other companies I have tried that ran very late or in two times just never showed,
They also don’t waste time once they arrive.

The servicemen that came out were very professional and kind. They cleaned our rugs and were able to get all of the stain out, the carpets look brand new!
