Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable technicians. Friendly and easy to talk to. I realize they’re there to sell the services as well as provide the service, but they offer plausible explanations for different services than what the customer might have originally ordered. I am always extremely happy. Also, the cleaning not only makes the carpet look better, but I am convinced it extends the usable life of the carpet.

All your reps were great, the other rep would do a good job and leave. however this one stood out, he gave me some tips on how to keep my carpet dry. he was fast and efficient. Keep up the good work. Send more reps out like him, and your business will increase.

I’m extremely dissatisfied in the cleaning result. I spent over $700 and my carpet in the bedroom and my couch had disappointing results. I could have gone with a much cheaper option for the same result.
Could have been the technician and his ability/effort, but I feel like the past time I’ve used y’all the price wasn’t as bad and the quality of work was much higher.
Extremely disappointed in the last job y’all did for me. Will not be recommending you to my friends and neighbors.

My technician Javier went above and beyond to remove the stains in our hallway. No other cleaning service has even come close to the results Zerorez achieved. Javier was very knowledgeable and explain what he was doing and why Zerorez is different, it's actually pretty amazing. I will recommend Zerorez and continue to use them.

Remove all stains.
One stain in my husband's office did not come out and the candle wax in our bedroom was not removed. I do not think they made an attempt to remove it. That was actually the only stain that I was interested in having removed.
