Your technician was courteous enough but he was all talk and not very good at his job. He claimed to be one of the top techs in the company and usually did only request jobs . He was unprepared! He did not wear shoe covers. He asked us for rubber gloves, which we had. He did not have sliders for the furniture. He said the floor under the couches, chairs and beds didn’t really get that dirty. He moved and cleaned under one end table and didn’t touch the other one. He obviously doesn’t know how to look at a room and see what needs to be done! We have used your company before but are extremely disappointed this time. Normally I would be asking for some of my money back but I am aware of the hardships businesses are enduring at this time. This young man is not a good representation of your company! I would like to know if you actually address this issue or am I wasting my time answering your question .
Cleaned the carpet’s throughly.
On October 30th, after the completion of your technician cleaning my carpet, I discovered that he had cracked, broken, and damaged my mirrored console in my hallway with his carpet cleaning machine. He was aware that he had damaged my console. However, he did not say a word. I immediately contacted your company via chat on your website, but I have not yet to hear back from your company.

Rugs cleaning was fine. Tile cleaning OK but grout cleaning left a lot to be desired. Also, individual doing the cleaning was nice but managed to knock something off my wall with the hose and break it.
