Our cleaning was thorough, yet in a timely manner. A neighbor stopped by later that day and commented how fresh our home smelled! I will recommend ZEROREZ to all in need of carpet cleaning! The company was very difficult to reach for scheduling and to reschedule - long hold times
The technician just showed up he never called ahead - and he had to come twice because I could never reach a live person to reschedule but both times he just showed up!
The cleaning itself did not seem very effective - something was sprayed down and then vacuumed up did not seem like it did much cleaning or to be worth what I paid for in service costs.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used you in my home and we've used you a few times in my father's home. My biggest issue is that you draw me in with a great 3 room "special." IN fact, I only needed two rooms done but you insisted on 3 for the special so I found another room to do. And then you upsell with super expensive "spot remover." The man who came said it would have to be 2 gallons at $75 each which is more than the whole special. I said I believed he could do it with 1 gallon and wanted to see him make it work. In the end 1 gallon was plenty. The stain was removed. He admitted it was enough. So I was going to be upsold for an additional $75 I didn't need. I don't like being taken advantage of. This will actually make me reluctant to use you again.

Also, I told them when they let me know the time range they would be here that I HAD to leave at 3 to pick up my daughter from school. I confirmed this again when I was called with the reminder of time. When the technician got here, he didn't know anything about it and seemed put out by this.

The work in the end, was great and the carpet looks wonderful.

Cesar was on time for our appointment which I appreciate. He did a really good job and the carpet looks wonderful. All but one of the stains came out. We were told it probably wouldn't because of the component and age of the stain but the process did seem to fade it a little.

Zerorez is very good at cleaning your carpet and tile. Make sure you ask for a very experienced tech so you get the best results.

While your technician was great, the actual service was disappointing. I spent $1,500 to have 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a rug, 2 tile areas, and a sectional cleaned. While they were cleaned, I can see only a slight difference in the cleanliness of any of the surfaces. I will try another service in the future.
