I had to tell the Zerorez Rep. three times I had to have a morning appt. We had to reschedule to meet my accomodations.
Professional Staff, knowledgeable, friendly, very thorough.
Carpet still has stains.
I feel like we wasted our money on getting our area rugs cleaned. They do not look any different and do not smell fresher either. The last time we had one cleaned they took it outside and cleaned it in the driveway. We left it to dry and brought it back in. This time we were told it would be cleaned sitting on top of our wood floor and “dry” cleaned. $240+ spent on 2 rugs and no results for either. The tile in the kitchen looks great and so does the carpet upstairs. Pleased with those services but wasted our money on the rugs. Or was given bad information about “dry” cleaning.
Always willing to listen to our issues and find the best solution.
Clean Water and Kind Employees
Not happy with the carpet cleaning and the damage y’all caused to my travertine tile leaving footprints and haven’t been able to clean it and you have been sending people twice and you haven’t been able to fix it. And now you want to send a third person to assess the problem wasting our time. It’s not acceptable. Instead of coming up with excuses y’all need to fix the damage y’all caused

The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions even as I interrupted him while he was cleaning the carpets. My last experience with a local independent carpet cleaner was “not so great” so this was refreshing to have a company do exactly what they claimed they would do. Minus the thread wear on the 6 year old carpet, it was as clean as new!!
