Jessie was the very best tech of all that we’ve had from Zerorez. He took his time and this was the first time that out carpet was this clean.

No chemicals, carpets were so clean after service

My technician was very kind and efficient. But it didn’t take very long and there is a very bad smell on both carpets that weren’t there before it’s smells like chemicals and dirt. If the stains weren’t going to come out I wish he would of said we can’t make it look any better and not cleaned them. I won’t be using this company again but again the tech was kind.
