The cleaning technician was on time and very thorough.
The technician was on time, and very professional. He explained the treatment and the clean process up front. And in the end, he got most of stains out, and my carpet looks and smells great. Very happy with the service.

Didn’t finish removing stains! Had a technician come back the next day, after a long fought battle, he was 39 minutes late & his equipment broke! We had to leave ‘ he was supposed to wait but he left!!!! Never use you again & going to give you a terrible review online!!!!
Some of the spots are still on the carpet. coffee, etc not pet stains. It took 15 hours or more to dry. The young man was very polite and got busy, but I felt he went too fast. He was here less than an hour. We are having a party or I would ask you to come back and try to get the spots out, better. I don't have time for that, right now.
The carpet does look better, but I feel like the spots could have been treated better and we shouldn't have to wait 15 hours for it to dry. If he had slowed down he could have vacuumed out more water.
Our guy was fantastic. The carpet looks amazing, like new.
I recently had my carpets cleaned which I thought would need to be replaced but the tech did an amazing job at bringing them back to life. I can now enjoy my carpets almost like new again.
