We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for a while now, always great service and great result. Just had carpet cleaned yesterday, again great service and great result. Need to add, Todd the technician who did the job was awesome...professional, friendly and thorough w/ doing the job.

No 10s when y’all just cleaned on Friday. One day does not a 10 make. Areas which were serviced are clean. Hope we’re not disappointed.

The young man was very eager to please me and do a good job. I asked him to go over a couple of spots and he happily did. I had a recliner cleaned. The back of it, where my back touches the back if sit in it, had a line down it when it dried. I called and you sent him out again and he went over the back of the chair only. The line is gone and I am pleased with the results. He was very nice and did not seem upset that he had to return.

Overall cleaning is really good - I think the best... BUT I cannot under any circumstances endorse the Flash cleaning. It left a worse ring around my stain. It's expensive and while it worked on the stain itself, it left a ring around the stain making it much more obvious. The risks were not explained, only the benefits, or I would never have done it. Called to have it fixed twice, and customer service reps didn't listen and even argued with me. I had to require a manager to engage. They wanted to charge me to remedy a problem they created, so I had to explain numerous times this wasn't something I should have to pay for a return visit to handle. Finally, they did come out the two additional times. at no charge. The second time it is a bit better, but not great, which they blame on past use of some kind of stain spray. That could be a reason, as I'm sure years ago I sprayed it with probably an enzyme spray, but that risk should have been explained as part of the original discussion. They asked me sign a waiver for that specific area because they can't do more. I did. But I have to warn others to ask a lot of questions before saying yes to Flash treatment. I also learned that the only thing to use on your carpets for a stain you treat should be white vinegar and water mixed.

There is no question on the quality in cleaning. I can tell the differences between areas not clean vs clean. The areas not clean usually are areas where heavy furniture is at. I feel the carpet is clean to my feet and the appearance is nice. Old spots are being removed and some it will take with time. It is my intention to have my carpet cleaned for about 6 months straight since It has been a while my carpet has been cleaned. I will then move into a quarterly routine. The guys who come to clean are very nice and very respectful.

All about scheduling being unpredictable,tile floor is not an acceptable cleaning. Your solution and equipment apparently are not adequate for all jobs. Hit or miss clean , totally unacceptable. Spots of powder solution here and there. Grout dirty here and there. Some dirt still on tiles. Bad way to clean tile floors. Please advise solution. Also I received no receipts for my 2 checks I paid the workers yesterday.
