Great service, the only thing this service I have 4 spots on my carpet where my table left rust spots because nothing was put under legs of table while it was wet! How do I get those spots removed?????

Edwin, was one of my best techs to date! He was extremely thorough with the care of my carpets. I'm once again so pleased with this service! He made sure all areas was cleaned to my liking. He took pride in his work. Zerorez has amazing products and employees!

I schedule a carpet cleaning with Zerorez whenever there is a special because I'm on a fixed income & limited budget. It never fails that the representative gives convincing sales pitches for additional solutions for a really deep clean. Isn't that what you advertise that you do anyway? If so, why would we need a super-duper booster?

Last year instead of the "$99 special", it cost me $300. This year, I scheduled the same "$99 special' and it cost me nearly $200.

I'm mad at myself for falling for the sales pitches (I feel like a chump now because I'm always so nice to people). And how do I actually know that the extra booster solution he applied (that was in a bug sprayer container) was really anything except water?! I asked him what the solution was called - or what was in it and he kind of mumbled around and didn't give me an answer.

In addition, I was sent an invoice before he started, which was OK (so I'd know how much it was actually going to cost; however, it continued for me to pay - even before he began. I was hesitant, but did so anyway.... But what was so stupid is you asked me to leave a tip before he even started. How could I have known if he was going to do a good job before he even began. Don't you pay your people enough to make a descent living? If not, something is wrong with your business.

I'm not sure I will use Zerorez again. I prefer to be treated with respect and not as a sucker - because that's how I feel right now - but thank you for asking.

Our guy was fantastic! Thorough and efficient! Carpets look fantastic!

I was not charged correctly. Also the guy that came out left a soap puddle that needs to be fixed. I have pictures and a video to share.

The technician ruined my rug and chairs by actually making the stains larger. The original
coffee stain was contained to a small area and he dragged the coffee all over the rug when he tried to vacuum it out. The rug is in much worse condition than when I called. The water stains on my chairs are also about 1.5x the size they were originally. You can replace the items you ruined.

We have always had a good experience with Zerorez. But the technician we had this time was by far the best. His name was Jacob P. He worked hard from the moment he arrived. And our carpet is cleaner than it has ever been. The stairs in particular look great.

I chose ZeroRez due to the lack of chemicals and no residue left over. I did not want any type of fragrance or smell left. Our technician was efficient, explained the process quickly, showed progress steps, and was very respectful and professional. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using ZeroRez again.

This carpet cleaning went beyond or expectations and the Tech explain what his was encountering during the service as our carpets were very soiled. He left these carpets looking so new we even added having chairs and sofas being cleaned. This is a great service and very professional and friendly staff.

1. The tech was done in 9 minutes. I paid $360 for such a small job. I would expected a thorough cleaning. All he did was a spray and vacuum.

2. Tech was not wearing a mask.

Will not use this company again.

I have very mixed feelings about your company. I filled out a form to schedule an appointment online and got an estimate of the cost. I think the total was around $300. The technician was supposed to arrive between 1-3 on a Friday afternoon and I spent many hours moving what furniture I could, including lamps, etc. I finally called a little after 3 and was told the technician was tied up on the previous appt. I did get a call a little later and you sent another technician who was not the original but showed up around 4.
After reviewing the rooms to be cleaned, he gave me an estimate of close to $1,000! The biggest difference was that the tile I needed cleaned was natural stone at a much much higher cost per foot. He said because the material is "porous". A totally ridiculous thing to say about stone flooring. I really had no choice since all my bedrooms had furniture piled on them and I had gone to a lot of trouble to prepare. The technician finally agreed to do the job for something over $700, including the 20% discount that I had used. He worked hard and I was happy with his work but I feel like I probably wouldn't have scheduled at this time. I feel the process was deceptive and will be very reluctant to use the service again.

The service man was on time. he knew his business. He was courteous and di a great job! It was good not to use soap!
