This was the first time that I have used Zerorez, the technician was very professional, and explained things in detail to me. He was here on time and it did not take as long as I thought that it may take. I liked that there were no harsh chemicals used because I have a cat, and I didn't want her to get sick from anything. Thank you so much for making my experience with you a good one. :)

It was easy to schedule the appointment. There was confirmation calls about the time of arrival. The gentleman Mario was completely professional and efficient. I would definitely use Zerorez again!

I had an older dog that could not control her bladder so I had to spot-treat my fairly new carpet numerous times plus try to mask the scent with plug-ins and candles. Mario the tech was awesome at treating those stinky areas. He went above and beyond to clean my carpets and what's best is that my home now smells clean and i can walk around barefoot again. Thank you Mario and thank you Zerorez!

Our carpets looked amazing after the treatment. We had another company out last year and the carpets look so much better after Zerorez. The technicians were so friendly and made sure I understood their recommendations and the price.

The knowledge Jacob Pacheco had about getting out the stains and addressed all of our concerns. We have pets and he made sure we knew and understood all of our options.
