I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning needs for years. They do a great job and get spots out and even have special cleaning for houses with pets
The representative was not very pleasant. They tried not to clean the entire couch. When brought to their attention they begrudgingly cleaned the arms and back. Which, all of this is normal practice, we get our couch cleaned every month or every other month. Additionally, we strategically scheduled this cleaning prior to guest arrival before the holiday next week. We called customer service and they offered a solution to clean the couch again next week. This wouldn’t work for us because the fact that we literally now have guests in for 3 weeks. Grandpa flew in for thanksgiving this year. Usually he comes for Christmas but this year he chose thanksgiving. And he is spending Christmas with other family. So, having the couch cleaned while he is here is inconvenient. I said to the person on the phone all of this. So, my compromise was to just save the credit or however you want to do it, till after Grandpa leaves. He flies back to Florida on December 8. Basically the representative said this is not an option. I’m unclear as to why. If you look at my phone number, My Cell Phone number removed, you should be able to see that I’ve been a customer for many years. Many many years. I was frustrated that there couldn’t be a resolution. I still believe there can be something done, I don’t know what, but I didn’t ask for a refund. I don’t believe the technician shouldn’t be paid. But the level of service is just below what Zerorez standards would be. Should be. Historically are.
Your technician did an excellent job, he was very thorough and cleaned every inch of my couch and loveseat. I'm very pleased with Zerorez and would recommend you to anyone
No chemical odors. Carpet looked much better after cleaning. Tech very nice.

My technician, Cesar S., was extremely knowledeable and walked me through the whole process educating me on the carpet and it's care. The carpet itself turned out spectacularly and is completely clean. Cesar was fast, efficient and very thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone. Well worth the money.

Honesty of person cleaning catpet
The young man that zerorezed our home was the nicest tech you have sent to our house, ever.
He was very knowledgeable and payed attention to his work. He was very attentive to what I told him and worked hard to make sure we would be happy.
Our 20 something year old burber carpet look new when he left. Much better than the last time you cleaned our floors, with more puppy stains. My wife and myself will only use Zerorez to clean our floors. The floors look fantastic and they are safe for our 2 puppies.
We will certainly ask for Erwin the next time we have a need.

The Technician was efficient and strong. He moved from room to room and got the job done.
Days later, we noticed the carpet appeared to have a fluffy appearance and feel to it.

Good and quick service
The technician doing the work was extremely well informed and was able to answer questions asked. Outcome was excellent considering the majority of our carpets are at least 12 years old.
For carpets, no detergents or cleaners are used.
