The person that came out didnt meet my expectations of one of my rooms that had bad carpet stains from my kids drinks and it looks like he didn’t even try to get my carpets cleaned
You stood me up for 5 hours plus I called you for at least 12 times to make sure you show up on an appointment that you scheduled.
Moreover, when your technician finally showed up, the work was done in less than 40 minutes. It doesn’t look like we washed the carpet, more like we vacuumed it.

The tech who came to our house helped me understand how the company worked. I only heard bout Zerorez on the radio so I decided to call and get our carpets cleaned. The tech really sold me on their service and business.

More meticulous in going over cleaning carpet like back and forth several times. Moving furniture to det underneath when 50 lbs. or less. Other than that, cleaner was above average rating.

Service tech was good and results good. Parked old service van in driveway and it leaked oil pretty badly. Let them know and they sent a guy out that dumped something on oil and said they would be back next day. Never Showed so We had to finish 5he cleanup. Park older service vehicles in the street or fix them.
While the process, staff and no soap is a good way to clean carpets we were disappointed in a couple things. The hard to clean spots that have always come clean with other companies did not come out with your system.We ended up wotrking on them ourselves to finish. Pricing was the same as all carpet cleaners. The $99 special ends up being $330. After all the add ons like $25 for a small closet while no subtraction amounts for the space of the huge king size bed not cleaned under that was bigger than the closet. Rep did a good job but not sure we will reuse the company.
I had many, many stains from my four cats throwing up. I had lost control on trying to clean the spots. Well, guess what? The stains are gone! From past experience, I know they will re-surface, but for now, my carpets are very clean!!
Your technician, Mario, was very professional and did a very thorough job in cleaning on our carpeting. We used your competitor the last couple of years and there is no comparison between your quality of work and theirs yours being superior.. I had only on problem. For some unexplained reason I could not download my receipt on my computer. I sent you office an email reporting my difficulty and followed up with a phone call to your the next day. The person who answered the phone assured me I would be getting a receipt copy in the mail very soon.

Your employees were friendly and desired to please us with their service. Also, are very happy that drying time for the carpet is not nearly as long as some other services. The carpet looks clean. I have already recommended your services to my neighbor.

We have been using ZEROREZ for several years and frankly would not consider any other company for carpet cleaning. Years ago, we tried others, but were very disappointed. ZEROREZ has the best cleaning system.
