Very thorough, extra cleaning for pets and our technician was excellent 10 out of 10. Explained procedures and very polite.
I haven't check everything but the main quick think I notice was the clean up wasn't that well. I had to vacuum various areas of my floors and one of the return vent grills I saw some lint. I guess we'll see how thing look in the coming days.

I’ve been a customer for years. My last service, the guy was super nice and did a great job. But I noticed this time, I didn’t have that nice smell afterwards, my rooms kinda smell like Fritos now. I’ve been sprinkling baking soda, it’s getting better. Just wondering if maybe you changed your chemicals or something?

Clean carpet without residue. I like that your company acts like you really want our business. You called and kept us informed as to the time the servicemen would arrive. When it turned out he was going to be very late you offered an extra room to be cleaned for free. That meant a lot to us because it was an inconvenience to wait but when you added the extra room for free that helped to balance it out and we were very pleased. Serviceman was very professional and cheerful, and pleasant to work with.
