Services were done in a timely and professional manner. Carpet and rug looked very clean.
Give instructions for after the process. The carpet is crunchy and we weren’t directed if we need to vacuum or something else. Also, after the carpet dried, the stains became somewhat apparent again. Is there something we should do?
Prices are very high. Please offer more coupons or discounts on multiple services done at one time. I.e. carpet cleaning and tile cleaning.

With your products being chemical free, I don't have to worry about my pets. Technicians are friendly, efficient, and know your product.

I had ZR out for HVAC cleaning, dryer duct cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Once I'm settled in my new home, I will have them out for upholstery cleaning.

Your technician did a wonderful job! He was able to remove tape residue on my carpet that I've tried several ways to remove. He got it right out! I will and have recommended Zerorez to friends and family.
The technician was very late almost 2 hrs past the arrival window. Maybe an improvement suggestion would be not making more appointments in a day than you can fulfill in a timely manner.
