Results
Carpet cleaner forgot 5 pieces of equipment at our house. We called to report and zerorez gave us an 8 hour window on Saturday to pick the equipment up. We were not planning to be home so we told zerorez we would leave the equipment on our front porch—it is11:06 pm and the equipment is still there. We plan to throw it away on trash day if zerorez has not picked it up by then.
Great job on our tile and grout. Technician was very nice and detail oriented.
Convenient
Tech was in my bathroom a long time and used a lovely linen guest towel to dry hands. Also did not clean corners of chair cushion.
Apparently the hose was hot and stained our carpet on the stairs. I emailed Zerorez and they sent the tech back out but he could not remove the stain. He said Zerorez would contact us on what the next step would be. They never did.
The technicians. He truly cared about his work.
Carmen did a great job, this was the best our grout has looked after having several different other companies clean it.
They are prompt, worked hard to get the stains out, and very professional. Our carpets look great. No residue.

My carpets get super clean. They smell fresh and dry quickly. The technician was personable and professional. He did sn excellent job!
You did hear from me on several occasions. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were not there. I never heard from one. The main problem I had with your company was communication from you. You changed my appointments on more than one occasion. The last schedule was changed for a different time on the same day with no notification except by email. I was ready for my 8-10 a.m. appointment with furniture moved, etc. The email, sent at 7: 30 that day said that the tech would be there from 4-6. Consequently, the schedule had to be moved again!
It didn't smell, dried quick. Not a lot of equipment in the home. The service was clean, fast and professionally.
I love Zerorez! I tried many other companies and they do not even compare to Zerorez. The price is affordable, the service is excellent, and my carpets always look AMAZING! I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez for over 10 years and I haven't had one complaint in all those years. Great job Zerorez!

Great customer service along with an excellent job cleaning our carpets at a reasonable price.
The floor is not properly cleaned. The grout looks terrible and the extremely rude tech that was sent back to our house to correct the bad work refused to redo all.of the work and that he would do a spot to show me it is not his work but that we don't take care of our floors. He left without correcting the problem, left pools of water on the tile, and walked outside leaving the doors wide open and just packed up and left without saying anything else
This is embarrassing for your organization but even more so, after I called and asked fora manager, I was told they have to call me back as they cannot transfer. The person called while I was working and subsequently has not returned any of my voicemails since.
We want a full refund for the shotty work as the tiles is not finished. I would never allow the guy that came our to come into my house again and you should seriously coach him in how to treat customers.

My rug was picked up yesterday. This morning I received a call to pay for the cleaning in full. I told the girl I would be happy to pay 50% and then the other half on delivery. She talked to her manager and said I could pay 50% and then the other 50% before it was delivered. I again told her I would pay the final half on delivery - she said no and said she would have my rug brought back to me.
I was absolutely floored. You are a service company - I can't even think of another service provider who wants payment 100% up front. I am an existing customer who has used Zerorez quite a few times - you think at the very least you would take a cursory look at my account to confirm that. Not to mention you paid 2 vans - 2 employees - to my home 2 times to pick up an 8x10 rug - how much did that cost your business with zero revenue to show for?
I have since had to find another rug cleaning service and now I see that your prices are inflated. The thing is I'm willing to pay for quality work which I have always gotten from Zerorez.. But now I see at least partially why your prices are high with the business model you have.
Some areas look good (clean). Other areas, not so good (not completely clean). And these things are not noticeable until after the carpet is fully dry.
My carpet was cleaned really good and it dried in no time!

Technicians have not only the right equipment and water to do their job; they also have corner guards, rags, and booties to manage dirt, equipment and spills.
Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Great care taken not to damage anything and to remove stubborn stains.
Electronic devices work as expected.
These technicians are true professionals which makes me a Zerorez repeat customer.

There was a lot of footprints and residue left on my floor after the technician finished. My porch and driveway has spots from the residue left behind. Overall, better than it was, but I was not happy for what I got for the price I paid.

The staff are so amazing, courteous, very thorough and efficient. Zerorez has done an amazing job each and every time they’ve come out.
