You advertised 1 area of grout cleaning for $89, but when it came down to it, that was for only 75 sq feet. That should be stated up front. My kitchen area was 4x that. Big difference!! Bad advertising!

They are professional in taking care of your furniture, walls, etc., so that the carpet cleaning doesn't impact them in any way. The technician was pleasant, quiet, and diligent as he went about his work. He was very thorough.

I was so impressed with the cleaning job in my home. Noe was awesome. He was polite, very respectful and compliant with our wanting him to wear mask while here as we were older couple.
Mostly, he was able to make suggestions going forward on taking better care of my carpet and I learned something about better caring for the high traffic areas of your home and what leads to dead fibers in your carpet. I definitely want to have Noe come out agin in 6 months. Further, I have recommended your company to two of my friends due to the good job Noe did with our home

Excellent service. My technician did a great job. He was polite and courteous. My carpets looked excellent when he was done.

The technician, John was good to work with. He was very personable and seemed to do a good job.
The only problem was that the $99 dollar special costs $188. Not a good business model and certainly not good customer service.

I paid an extra $60 per room for 3 of my rooms to get some stains removed...that's an extra $180. While the guys were still here it looked like the stains were gone, but when the carpet dried, they were definately still there. I'm very disappointed. My husband has been working on the stains yesterday and this morning, after looking at formulas on the internet and hopefully we can make them better....but Zero Rez sure didn't do what they said they would do. Why didn
t they use the black light to inspect the carpet after cleaning it to see if they had done a good job on the stains. They used the black light to look for the stains before they began the cleaning process, why not use it to look to see if their work was satisfactory.

I paid for 2 rooms of cleaning. The areas that were cleaned were tiny. Couldn’t have been more than a 5x7 area. I have my carpets cleaned by many other other companies and they’ve always done a bit more since it was so little. He wasn’t willing to do anything additional. So I paid $130 for something that took less than 30 minutes. I did not pay the up charge for deodorant because I was already annoyed I was paying for such little work. The area of concern still smells and the one spot that was treated for a stain has returned already. I won’t be using your company again.

We paid the extra for the pet cleaner and the rooms didn't smell like pet messes but they didn't smell clean either. Kind of a stale, unpleasant smell. Otherwise, the carpets were clean and looked good

You came once and cleaned the carpet , we paid extra to clean spots.They all came back I called to complain that I wasn't happy. You came back and charged more. I feel that is wrong.
