The serviceman seemed nice and friendly but when I went upstairs to ask home something he was going through my daughters dirty laundry hamper. When my daughter got home she asked if I put stuff in her dresser as the drawers were slightly open. I asked her to check to she if anything was missing, especially her money she keeps in her cabinet and she couldn’t tell as she doesn’t keep a running total.

The work was good and carpets look good, but I would not trust to have him back in my house.

Love the idea that you can clean carpets with no chemicals. Service person courteous, professional and efficient. I’ve used your service several times, always with great results.

Tech was amazing and so nice. However, my room that I paid extra for pet odors still smells. Almost like it was never cleaned.

What I did not like was being presented with the online option of leaving a tip, and I felt kind of bad not leaving him one (he certainly deserved it). I feel strongly however, that YOU should pay your employees a sufficient wage so they do not have to depend on tips.

Love the services , the choices for cleaning your carpet are great from protecting the carpet , deodorizing them and antibacterial ingredients if you want it

The service was great but Bo was the best. He helped in everyway and was so quick to come out when we needed him to! I would suggest you guys to my business and personal friends!

I like that there's no harsh chemicals. Techs are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and do I'm satisfied with the cleaning results.

The technicians arrive on time and work efficiently. The results are always very good.

Carpet was left damp more than usual. I did do a walk through before the tech left. I noticed the closet was quite damp the next day and the edges as well. The fan was left on for more than 24 hours. It did take longer than the 4-6 hours to fully dry. Other than that the carpet looks great.
