I expected my tile in the kitchen to look better than it did. It cost more than twice the amount to clean the carpet and I was not not impressed with the results.

Zerorez was amazing! The carpet looked brand new! He was kind, courteous and efficient. We didn’t have upholstery on the plan but when I asked him if he had time he made it work! We are very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again!

I have been using Zerorez for the past 15 or so years and have always been completely satisfied. This last time was a shocking disappointment. The technician that came to my house two days before Thanksgiving did not wear a mask, did not use the shoe covers, and made a horrible mess of my carpets. It was an unsightly embarassment when we had company on Thanksgiving day. The supervisor that came out this week to rectify the situation did a fantastic job. He explained that the dark stains and yellowing that the previous tech left on our carpet were due to a chemical reaction from leaving too much water in the rugs. That explains why they were still very damp 24 hours after the initial "cleaning." Thankfully the supervisor was able to remove all the stains and yellowing and the carpets look great. I am glad that Zerorez stood behind their reputation and fixed the problem. Just wish they hadn't been such a mess for Thanksgiving. I hope that the technician that came out last week receives appropriate training going forward.
