Anthony was was very efficient and courteous. I love the fact that they don't use soap and there is no residue left on the carpet. Zerorez is my go to company on carpet cleaning.

We love that our carpets feel clean but not crusty from soaps and chemicals. It helps bring our area rugs back to life as well. Removing all the dust and allergens is very helpful.

Improve the grout cleaning service, which I'm sure is hard. Our technician worked very hard, but in some area's we were disappointed. Not from his effort but possibly from the process.
I chose Zerorez to clean our carpets because they don’t use harmful chemicals to clean and the carpets look like new again.
You're very customer service oriented. You set appointment and then call to remind people and then call again on that day to verify the time you're arriving. Always professional and courteous employees with cheerful attitudes. Fast and efficient cleaning. Great job!!

Javier did a great job and very friendly.
John called ahead of the scheduled time and showed up on time. He was courteous and did a good job on my carpets and furniture.
I thought the service was decent however, I didn't notice a big difference in the carpet's cleanliness. There were a couple small pet accidents that I identified with a black light in the past after having my carpets cleaned by other services the stains would be noticeably faded after the cleaning, though after using Zerorez the stains are just as bright under the blacklight as they were before the cleaning. That was disappointing because it seems it was an expensive vacuuming more than a carpet cleaning.
Other than that though, the service was good and appointment went fine overall, just a bit disappointed with the end results.

Your employee refused to take care of a little stain outside a bedroom door, even thought he walked right over it.

They arrived early so I was not prepared with all of my furniture moved, they did not offer to help or wait. As soon as the first gentleman came in he turned on a black light and was showing me all the marks on the carpet trying to upsell saying I had biohazard‘s and that certain colors meant certain things trying to tell me that it was animal urine and vomit and things like that when I watched my children spill juice or slime and I do not have any pets. He came in really hard trying to sell that to where I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. I also informed him that I had used y’all previously so I’m not sure how all of that would still be on the carpet because we’ve use your services in the past and there’s never been an animal in my house since. He looked up my historyAnd said something along the lines of oh yeah he just was in here to get in and out and get done as fast as he could. However the last time we got it cleaned they did a better job and my carpets were dry Within a few hours… My carpet and couches were still wet the next morning this last time that I got them cleaned. I am not sure what they did differently but that was one of the main sellers for me because I have two young children and last time the carpets were dried very quickly. He also made sure to tell me to give them a nine or 10 because an 8 are lower is pretty much like giving them a zero. It all felt very uncomfortable and way overly pushy and was not up to the quality I had experience prior. This is very disappointing considering I am a single mother and a teacher and spending $400 for a service is not a small thing for me. This was a very expensive let down.

Love how clean everything smells without a fragrance. The technicians were both so nice and fun to talk with after they finished.
I like the fact they don’t use detergent and use steam . The technicians have always been knowledgeable and explained the process. My carpet always look great afterwards.
It was a terrible experience. My wife had to call the technician back as he left the carpet very wet and badly buckled.
Customer service is everything I don’t know if it was because it was the end of the night but he barely spoke and it seem like he rushed through the rooms.
He got done pretty fast the carpet was barely even wet.
