The technician, Evan, was knowledgable and helped me decide what needed to be done. He was professional, punctual, and courteous. The carpet dried in about the time he said it would and he advised us of the donts until it was dry. Not much else you can ask for.

I spent over $1000 flushing carpets and topical spray plus cleaning yesterday and still has urine smell.

Some of the area need more spots cleaning
I paid an extra 60.00 to treat a room with stains and the stains are still there. Why did I pay $60.00 extra dollars if the treatment wasn't going to get the stains out. That is why I hired a carpet cleaning company.
The one who cleaned my carpet he didn't do good job he the stairs edge is dirty

low fragrance smell
I’m a returning customer and have referred your company to my daughter and others. I had my mom’s carpet in her small home cleaned at 12:30. The carpet was so wet I had to get box fans to blow it dry. I have never had to do that when my home was cleaned. I worried about my mom slipping as she walked onto the kitchen floor. The tech, upon my request, did go back over the walkway area and take out noticeably more water but did not redo the whole cleaned area.
Nothing could be replaced on the rug until the next evening. I would like some discount on the service invoice already paid.
I spilled gatorade on a velvet chair and you all got it out so maybe my expectations were too high but the furniture you all cleaned this time wasn't cleaned. There was a minor chocolate spot on the under side of a couch cushion and it still had crumbs when I looked at it. I was so impressed and was happy to spend the money to have all our furniture cleaned when it came out of storage but feel like it was a waste of money at this point.

I like that the technician does a test spot and then shows it to you so that you know what the outcome is going to look like.
When scheduling for area rugs, that person needs to be more knowledgeable about how pricing is. I told whoever I scheduled with that I had 3 rugs and their approximate size and I asked if they would be like 3 rooms for pricing only to find out the largest one would have to be taken in because of a certain material it was and would cost me $500.!! I said no thank you.
I have used Zerorez three times, simply because they are good at what they do clean carpet. My experence with them have gone exceptionally well. What I enjoy most about the company, is the impeccable service of the technicians that entered my home. They deliver nothing but quality service, company pride, and displayed their own personal touch elegantly. Moreover, each technician demonstrated their expertise and knowledge concering their peoducts and delivered sheer professionalism. Each one is unique in his own right, was full of energy, busiiness and performance readyness, equipped with an award-winning attitude, very polite, friendly, and embodied outstanding mannerism.They are marked with esquisite character that causes you to trust them with your home. I haven't met one that I didn't like and would love to have them back. Nevertheless, each time a tech came out I enjoyed their compamy and conversation. Each technicians did an excellent job in caring for my old carpet and made it look great. I must say that Zerorez's technicians left me ecstatically happy. I highly reccommend them. Yes, I do. And I need to schedule another appointment soon.
