The service person was very nice and helpful. The carpets came out better than I expected. And it did not take long. Something broke but I am not sure whether the guy knew it broke as he did not say anything. I noticed after he left. But no big deal I was able to glue it back. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Even though I had them clean grout in hallway, kitchen, and eating area - I thought $500 was a bit high for the job. The only reason I went ahead is the sample area cleaned up nicely. Plus I committed to my wife I was going to get it done.

Fast,efficient and effective
The techs have super personalities and are respectful. They do their work and they are on their way. My carpet looks and smells brand new despite kids, dogs and husband.
The product got up much more than I thought possible.
I was pleased with the results. Carpets look great. The only complaints I had were that the tech showed up a few hours earlier than the appointed time. Fortunately, my husband happened to be home, but I was concerned that we might have had to reschedule. Additionally, we were asked if we wanted to spend another $225 to treat a few stains. We declined, but I thought that was a little steep. I don't know what all goes into that process though.
