My carpets smell great!! I loved the work Jeremy did and how my house looks and smells so much cleaner now. He worked hard to get the troublesome pet stained areas cleaned and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. I have had my carpet cleaned by your company several time before but this time it felt wet and was still damp the next morning and last of all

I was left a message on my phone asking me to please let your specialist back into my home to retrieve his equipment while he was in my house cleaning my carpets.

I called to get my air ducts cleaned. When the tech arrived, he told me he could not clean ducts that are 30 years old because they would shred. While I appreciate him telling me that, I still had to pay $114 (?) For the trip charge. If I had known that when I scheduled, they would not have come out and I wouldn't be out the money for nothing. I called customer service twice requesting to speak to a manager.
I canceled my carpet cleaning last week as I am still waiting on a call from a manager.

Timely and efficient. The one spot I elected to use the Flash Extraction process came out beautifully clean and has not picked up more residue like it was prone to do before the cleaning. The technician was polite and courteous. He moved my area rug outside to clean it and it was nearly dry before he left -- came out really nice too. The products leave a clean scent that is not overbearing. I thought the pricing was fair for basic cleaning -- I felt the Flash Extraction was overpriced for the area size but it did work well. I would use them again in the future!
