Rugs looked “great” while still wet. During the dry time, I saw numerous brown stains that weren’t there before. Either the tech’s machine and hose attachment were leaking during the clean or the tech didn’t know how to operate the vacuum attachment. Had to get my Bissell handheld and clean the brown areas myself. Water was dark brown in the tank were I had to manually clean. Tech also didn’t have drop cloths for hardwoods where the hose was being dragged or corner guards to protect my walls. Been using Zerorez for years. Won’t be anymore. Disappointed. A lot of money for subpar work.
The technician was very knowledgeable and did a super job on the carpets. He went the extra mile to help me with a task that needed to be done before the carpet was wet. Great job!

2nd visit worked on shower floor only. Left fan blowing to dry created some dust said he would clean it up on return. Was gone about an hour returned saying he had forgotten the fan picked it up left small mess behind. Poor overall job in bathroom still dull no shine. I would like a refund for the bathroom. Yes a second man came thru for five minutes watched the guy and left.
The spots that needed to be cleaned showed up the next day. We are not pleased, at all, with the cleaning job.

The technician has shown up on time for the two appointments I have booked. Unlike other companies I have tried that ran very late or in two times just never showed,
They also don’t waste time once they arrive.
