Our technician was great. He was punctual, very polite, and he did a very good job. Our carpets were filthy, and now they are clean and very acceptable.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took extra care and explained everything in detail. He took care not to cause any damage to our home. Got down on his hands and knees to check if a stain was gone. Carpets look great!

My carpet now has a permanent orange stain on it that wasn’t there before (due to the kids’ rollercoaster). No one has contacted me about replacing this carpet or compensation for the damage and so I paid $300 plus $45 tip to have my carpet end up worse off. Super bummed!

The appointment process is very simple and they actually show up in your scheduled time slot. The technicians are very professional and knowledgable. They don't try to upsell you on things you don't need but give great recommendations. I will continue to use this service to keep my carpets in their best condition. Highly recommend!!!
Carpets took over 24 hours to dry completely. Charges were weird compared to what was explained at booking.
Derwin is great
The technician was on-time, did a great job, and talked to us about what to expect. We have a very difficult, long term stain in the carpet and while they worked wonders on it, the tech explained it would probably not come completely out without further treatment. He completed the job efficiently and we are very pleased with the results!
