They do the job right
I have strong allergies to chemical odors. No reaction at all after having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez! Todd was great. Worked hard on my deep stains. 9 days later, carpet still looks and feels great!
Cesar was the most professional and helpful home service representative I’ve ever met. We just bought a new home and we’ve had at least 10 services. Cesar was the best. Extremely thorough in discussing our needs and even took time to speak with us about other issues. The actual work done cleaning our carpets was phenomenal. I’m really impressed with the Zerorez technology. We had the carpets cleaned (using only a vacuum style rug cleaner by move-in cleaning company) only two weeks before, and the chemicals caused hives on my daughter’s legs. Zerorez came in and removed all those nasty chemicals AND cleaned our carpets so well they went from brownish gray to actual gray. Our main goal was no more hives, and we got so much more. I will return to Zerorez for all the other services they offer too!

They try to accommodate customer with convenient appointment times/dates.
Our tech was very punctual and kind. He was willing to work around other workers that were in the house that were supposed to be already gone. He did his job very quickly too! When he was done the carpets looked great and smelled great too.
After the floor dried the stains are still on the floor.
There was so much residue left on the rug. I have pictures. Also, some stains I knew wouldn’t come out but others that I thought would come out didnt. And the price was so high I was shocked. I just had a hallway, stairs and area rug cleaned.

Excellent Job from start to I finish
I will call the office on Monday, but 1 cleaning and 2 special treatments ($400) later and there’s still a huge pet urine smell on the spot that’s an issue. It doesn’t even seem like it’s gotten any better. Is this normal?

Very thorough
The man who came did not do all the steps, particularly he did not do the first carpet lifter. I have had this done before- and when I spoke to him he told me that was at the end. I verified with customer service- and I was correct. So he did not tell the truth. In addition, when i asked him to go over 2-3 spots, he replied nothing could be done.

I paid for a flush service for pet odor. A cat peed on my carpet less than a week before service. The smell is just as strong as ever like no treatment was done. Disappointed in the cost for a product that didn’t work. The technician was great but I think the product or process isn’t effective

My time slot was 1-3, I received a call that the technician was driving from across the metroplex and would not arrive until 3:40…he ended up at our house around 4ish. I felt like I was constantly being upsold for every thing…nice guy and the carpet looks good. Not the best experience I’ve had from Zerorez. My last house was serviced by Randy and he was awesome!
I have used Zerorez a couple of times now and they always do a great job especially with pet stains and orders. The technicians are very knowledgeable and so nice! I will always use them to clean my carpets and rugs.

I asked for my carpet to be cleaned. I had to call you to come back. The dirt he pulled out of the carpet was so dark in his machine. I can’t believe how much was pulled out the second time. You need to do your job right the first time. I would not recommend you.
