Co complaints or change
Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in several years and needed it. After Zerorez cleaned them, they look fantastic and our rug is visibly cleaner.
We loved the employee/service tech Jessie. He was awesome at his job and a great salesman!
The carpet looked great and Ethan (the rep who cleaned our carpets) was friendly and fast. He's a true asset to your company.
The technician submitted his notes after reviewing my carpet. He noted things that he never told me about, and I was surprised by his comments. One of the things that he emphasized was his rejection, and my forceful attempts to almost implore to clean my carpet. First he never, and I clearly recall never, did he mention something about not wanting to clean my carpet. Second of all if he would of mentioned something about how much problem it could cause, or that something could end up wrong I would’ve said no to your services. There are also two small, hallways in the upstairs living space that he left untouched. They are small walkways that I would assume he could clean, because a previous technician did, but he didn’t. Overall I was not content about the customer service received this time by the technician and was even more discontent after reviewing his notes, as I previously mentioned. A suggestion would be to help your technicians, which are the face of the company, to provide customer service skills that will make me as a customer feel comfortable enough to use your services again.

Nice job. The technician was very pleasant and professional. The only negative was the price. The service was about $100.00 more than I originally anticipated. I would use this ervice more often if it was cheaper.
Representative was prompt, listened to what we had to say, thorough, expeditious in the cleaning of our carpet.
I got what I guess is considered "clean" carpet. I didn't realize that I was going to have to pay extra for "really clean" carpet. Next time, I will just get new carpet. I think that I will come out ahead and have "really clean" carpet.

Too much to mention.
No chemicals or added soap in my carpets to leave a sticky residue. Service was prompt and when I called with an issue they scheduled quickly to come back and correct the issue at no cost.
Very Expensive
The technicians are punctual and polite. The carpets are as clean as possible.
The work quality was good and the technician was friendly but the price went from $120 quoted to $740 and though there were issues on the carpet at some spots, I do not see how you justify $740. I was also charged $45 for an extra room while there were only a living room and a bedroom and I had called you because your promotion advertised cleaning 3 rooms plus an extra room for $99. Disappointed.
the young man was very prompt and courteous. He asked if i had any questions before he began and he was done very quickly.

I don't think the process is any better than other cleaners. As they say, you get what you pay for.
They just use high-alkaline water, no soaps or detergents that leave residue.
They are good at getting out spots and stains.
Your technician (Diamante) was courteous, professional, and efficient. He explained the various options for treating my specific issues. He was thorough but worked quickly.
