No chemicals, very nice clean and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our carpet is just like the day we had it installed. Everything smells so clean, too! Quick dry so we didn’t have to wait forever to put our house back together.
Carpet looks clean. Way cleaner than some of the other companies we used in the past and does not have a crunchy feeling when stepped on.
Did a good job. I would recommend having the techs wear disposable shoe covers inside the house. It didn't make sense that they were spreading outside dirt from their shoes all over the house while cleaning the carpet.
Amy scheduled my appointment on the phone, and was pleasant to deal with.

Be more honest about the drying time. We were told 6 hours. We've now passed 28 hours and it's still wet, so we can't go in the rooms or move any of the furniture back into the rooms.
The technician was a very polite and respectful man... no complaints there.
My carpets are always cleaned well but the cost is too high

Almost 36 hours later, carpet is still too damp in some places to put furniture back. I cancelled an event in my home because I couldn’t prepare.

I like that the carpet cleaning leaves no residue. In the past I have gotten carpets cleaned and then dirt collects in the areas they cleaned the most. I also like that the zerorez process uses no chemicals. Due to allergies my family is sensitive to a lot of chemicals and environmental irritants, but whenever we use zerorez, no one has any sniffles or congestion afterwards
Spend more time cleaning around the corners and trim edges.
I paid over $1200 for my vents to be cleaned. I never received the pictures promised and my place was left a mess.

Things I asked to be moved weren’t moved. The person scheduled to take care of me called in. No one called me so arrive time was late. I asked the guy to tell me which spots had pet urine- he did not just treated with deodorizer all over. I really wanted the spots of urine deep cleaned as I asked on the phone.
Mi rally think that if I hadn’t called at 3 pm to say no one showed up- no one would have come. Seems like they added it to someone’s schedule at the last minute and he did t seem happy to be here. Will not use Zero res Dallas again.

The two techs did a wonderful job and left our carpet spotless. We do have pets and had many bad stains, but they all were obliterated. We will be calling on Zerorez again!
