The technician was great. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing.

There were residual stains from a marron couch that previous cleaners could remove. Your water/soap solution worked.

David did a superior job. The carpet is 27 years old and it looks great. He was able to remove dark spots where we walk a lot. He didn't leave any streaks like some have done. He was quick and efficient. He did a got job getting the moisture out of the carpet so that it dried quickly. We were pleased all of the way around.
I am pleased with the results. The carpet for the whole house is clean and all spots are gone. The men who performed the service were extremely friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were going to do and walked the whole house with both before and after. I couldn't ask for more

I have used Zerorez for many years and have always been happy with your services. The technicians are always very polite and thorough with their work.
The work was very bad. Everything the company Zerorez promise is not true. To clean four rooms and the stairs the technician spent less than one hour and half. That tells us about the quality of the job to do it quickly there are many stains on the carpets and stairs that were not cleaned. The carpets and stairs need more deeply cleaning and time than what was done. This job was very expensive for the result so bad that it was done.

Type of cleaning provided, fresh smell it gave to our space, knowledgeable and friendly cleaning techs (he worked his butt off all day at our facility-without a break). Will be having them back at least once a year and recommending them to others! Great job to Bo & his team!!!!
