Easy to schedule
Loved the shampoo person. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
Tile floor was dirty and sticky. Tire marks on the floor. Had to go back over the floor and vacuum and mop after he left.

Everything from making the appointment, the pricing, and requesting a time when we would be home worked out great. We were notified 15-20 minutes prior to Carmen's arrival. She was very professional and answered all our questions about the services. Payment was easy and I received my invoice right away via email. Above all, the carpets look great!

Professional technician
Terry did a great job and was very personable. However I had signed up for a 1-3 pm window and wasn’t quite prepared for an 11am arrival. I was busy and didn’t get the ‘early’ message. It turned out okay but….

absolutely from a nominal service. Could not have asked for a better gentleman to have worked with. His name is Demarcus and he was very kind, considerate, and let me watch some things and he showed me stuff along the way. Absolutely pleased with his company. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

A very unprofessional, shoddy work. The pipes broke and flooded the home, and the hard wood floors. Spots were not removed properly, had to walk through and then ask him to do it again. While the water from the flooded water was not cleaned on the hardwood floor. Soap water was all over the area. He brought a small towel which would not do all the soaking ! I think you get the idea, it was a bad experience.
Cleaning helped but for the price I paid I thought I'd get more 'effort' for my money.
