The floor is not properly cleaned. The grout looks terrible and the extremely rude tech that was sent back to our house to correct the bad work refused to redo all.of the work and that he would do a spot to show me it is not his work but that we don't take care of our floors. He left without correcting the problem, left pools of water on the tile, and walked outside leaving the doors wide open and just packed up and left without saying anything else

This is embarrassing for your organization but even more so, after I called and asked fora manager, I was told they have to call me back as they cannot transfer. The person called while I was working and subsequently has not returned any of my voicemails since.

We want a full refund for the shotty work as the tiles is not finished. I would never allow the guy that came our to come into my house again and you should seriously coach him in how to treat customers.

My rug was picked up yesterday. This morning I received a call to pay for the cleaning in full. I told the girl I would be happy to pay 50% and then the other half on delivery. She talked to her manager and said I could pay 50% and then the other 50% before it was delivered. I again told her I would pay the final half on delivery - she said no and said she would have my rug brought back to me.

I was absolutely floored. You are a service company - I can't even think of another service provider who wants payment 100% up front. I am an existing customer who has used Zerorez quite a few times - you think at the very least you would take a cursory look at my account to confirm that. Not to mention you paid 2 vans - 2 employees - to my home 2 times to pick up an 8x10 rug - how much did that cost your business with zero revenue to show for?

I have since had to find another rug cleaning service and now I see that your prices are inflated. The thing is I'm willing to pay for quality work which I have always gotten from Zerorez.. But now I see at least partially why your prices are high with the business model you have.

Some areas look good (clean). Other areas, not so good (not completely clean). And these things are not noticeable until after the carpet is fully dry.

My carpet was cleaned really good and it dried in no time!

There was a lot of footprints and residue left on my floor after the technician finished. My porch and driveway has spots from the residue left behind. Overall, better than it was, but I was not happy for what I got for the price I paid.

Processing how you guys claim I am very happy with.

Our tech was informative and very thorough with his communication. He did spot test and showed us the results. He also provided additional quotes on things we ask for on the spot. He cleaned up after himself and kept us informed on his progress while doing the job. Thank you for being very trustworthy and helpful.

Service providers always prompt, friendly and do great work. The steam clean process works so much better than using detergents. Pricing good as well.

Showed up two hours late charges us for 3 rooms only did two pay extra for the laundry room forgot to do it. Called customer service they said he will be back this Thursday to fix everything. So he showed up yesterday morning on Tuesday without calling. Also when all the issues we had I called customer service three days in a role to speak to a manager they said they would have someone reach out to us each day by COB. Which never happened i spent a lot of time trying to get ahold of someone. I would definitely not use zerorez again.
