Very disappointed My appointment was scheduled from 10-12. On that day I gave up working from 8:30-12:30. At noon I received a phone call that my assigned tech was still in Crowley. A second crew was dispatched who did a great job on rugs and chair. I would have thought those guys would have apologized or offered me a 5 or 10% off because of my inconvenience

Amy was incredibly kind and helpful when we called late on 1/14/22 with concerns about accidental spillage on new carpeting. She went above and beyond in setting up an appointment for us for next day.
Edwin came at midday and worked on stain removal in 2 rooms. He was obliging, answered questions, and explained what results we might expect. He did a very good job.
