The carpet tech did not put up guards and i’m having to repaint multiple corners where the large blue hose scraped the paint off and scuffed it blue.

Though my couch smells better, there are still spots which look like they were not cleaned thoroughly. The technician stated that as the couch dried the spots would diminish, but they have actually gotten worse. I don’t feel like it was worth the $240 I spent.

I have 3 cats and when ZeroRez cleans my carpets there isn’t a cat urine smell left over like other cleaners. The tech work hard to get the carpets cleaned well. And it looks great!!!!
The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was shown exactly what to do. My mother walked upstairs to show him what needed to be done. When we walked upstairs to inspect the carpet the next day (bc he said 6-8) hours would be needed to dry, we looked at the carpet and he did not clean under the futon, rocking chair, and TV stand (all not heavy). Why would we pay over 400$ to have him clean around 3 objects?.... After being shown where we would like him to clean verbatim... This makes absolutely no sense. I then called customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done because he didn't know to move the furniture. (Which is not true) Again, why would I pay 400$ for something to not be done the correct way????? He also damaged the plastic piece under the front door with the equipment. He tried to fix it, but unfortunately now the door will not shut correctly. Why was I not offered someone to come FINISH my carpet that would literally take a whole 10 minutes more??? This is unacceptable and horrible customer service. I am a Branch manager at my workplace and this would absolutely be unacceptable. I need someone to call me with resolution immediately. The technicians are all excellent and very efficient. The carpets look and feel very clean for longer than we experienced with other companies.
While I think the technician was very professional and helpful, the carpet and room still smells like dog urine and the smell returned starting about 6 hours after the technician left. This is disappointing considering I spent over $500 to get this cleaned and was assured it would work and I wouldn’t need to have the carpets done again for 6 months.
My couches were dirtier than before they were cleaned. I couldn’t tell before the technician left because the cushions were still wet but when they dried they looked awful. I’m highly disappointed and can’t believe I wasted so much money.

You have always done a great job at a reasonable price. Your process is great, not using soaps and chemicals that actually stay in the carpet and pading, but instead use water and exttactor system
