I like the fact that it's a more natural approach. I don't like the thought of having cleaning materials/soaps, treatments, etc. left in/on the rug. We've used Zerorez twice now, and both techs were prompt/on-time, professional, and did a great job!
We love that Saturday is a option to receive service. The gentleman was kind & caring to my children, our schedule, and took care of our home. We have guest coming in town and wanted to make our home feel special for our guest and zerorez help us do that. I highly recommend their service and pricing is reasonable.
Been a loyal customer for 15+ years. Love that you use no chemicals that are harmful to the environment, pets or humans. Although, if all you use is engergized water, than how come there is a $!5 disposal fee???

We love Zerorez. Knowing your floors are clean is a great feeling. The bedrooms look great after treatment and they give the room a clean feel. The service technician was awesome. Very efficient and professional.

Fast and friendly
The service tech was really nice and friendly and the cleaning initially looked like it worked while the carpet was still wet. But none of the stains ended up being removed after everything dried. It all looks exactly like it was before the cleaning. So it was just a waste of 130 dollars honestly.
I give good marks for friendliness and being in the time line, but the service itself was a waste of money. I get the sense that the only way to get a quality clean is to ask for all the additional products and services and end up spending more like 500 for it to actually do anything.
