ZeroRez did a terrific shop of cleaning my kitchen floor tile and grout.

Was charged $200 to clean a 8x10 rug but only $100 to clean 4 entire bedrooms. Ambiguous pricing and an unwillingness from management to rectify a simple transactional dispute.
I have been using Zerorez for a few years now and have always been happy with the service and also the technicians have been friendly and courteous.
I love how Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals. The service is always excellent and my house always feels so clean after they leave. Jesse and Paul were great!
Very professional and prompt service. Communication was excellent. The results were nice. I do believe it is a bit overpriced and next time I will rethink the "add ons". A basic cleaning would have been enough.

Great and friendly team. Clean carpets are looking exceptional.I do have a problem though. I sent a photo of a spot tat was not cleaned. I remembered that I did not go all around where my technician cleaned as is the usual protocol. When I called back to explain the spot, I was told to send a photo of the area which I did. I was asked a few questions about where this was and what kind of a spot did I think it was. Then I was told that it would cost money for them to come back out that they did not clean this rug when in fact the technician did clean it. I was for the first time ever disappointed in this company and the way they handled the customer. I was told they had to talk to the technician. I was charged over $600 for an hour of service then was not respected by me asking for one little area to be cleaned again,

I did not get a confirmation call for the appointment - I called in 15 minutes before the window was over (1-3 pm). At 3:45 I heard back that the technician would not be coming until 6 pm. Our appointment was then rescheduled for Monday 10 - 12. I got a confirmation email saying the appointment was from 8 - 10 am....I had to cancel my doctors appointment.....then I called to find out when the technician was going to be at our home - the office said between 10 and 12. ..... lots of miss information and disorganization. The technician was really good.
The technician was professional, quick, and answered all my questions. I would have him back out anytime. When I called to make the appointment your customer service was promoted, knowledgeable and friendly.
