No harsh chemicals came into or stayed in our house and carpet, and our rug and carpet are very clean.
Jesse did a great job. He was very professional and friendly.
The technician did a great job with the carpets- he was professional and kind. My issue is the “request” for a tip on the pad when paying… it’s awkward and honestly, makes me not want to do business with the company. Since when are we expected to tip for getting our carpets cleaned? Your company should pay the technicians enough that a tip isn’t even a consideration for customers. I paid $300 for a little over an hour of work- surely he is getting paid a fair wage that I should not have to supplement…I tip when I get my nails done, get me hair cut, eat out…now my carpets too?!? Just doesn’t seem right to even ask in this instance…

The quick appointment availably, which added in my severe allergies from pet dander being remedied. The onsite technician was absolutely great with providing the service I needed for my specific need. He provided knowledge on eliminating the pet dander in the room I reside in at a family's home. Although I'm allergic to dogs, I was never in close proximity to them prior and so the technician's was greatly appreciated.
The service was quick, and I noticed a difference immediately. Without Zerorez providing stellar carpet cleaning, I know I would be back in urgent care with allergies and another sinus infection.

We have been Zerorez customers for many years when we were living in California. We moved to Texas eight years ago and have continued to use your services.
We like your products because they get the job done. They clean the carpet well and refreshes the entire room. The carpet is not saturated with water and dries very quickly.
We were very, very pleased and satisfied with the technician, Eric B. He was pleasant, professional and went right to work as soon as he arrived. He did an awesome job on our carpets. He cleaned each room thoroughly before moving to the next. It's very obvious that he cares about the quality of his work. Trust us, we know an efficient carpet technician when see one!! We will not hesitate to ask for him the next time our carpets need cleaning!!!
