I like that you don't use chemicals
To whom it may concern, i like the whole process of Powered water technology. my carpet is soft and looks new after it dries. also our technician is kind and professional. 5 stars for him.
The positive attitudes from the technicians
There seemed to be scheduling issues multiple times & though our carpets were cleaned nicely, when the technician left I had to clean all of our hardwood flood that he walked on because lots was tracked in.
Your technician used a chemical to try to remove a spot on my leather couch. It caused a major discoloration of the leather over the complete area he applied it to. Please send someone who has experience in repairing the damage. My cell is Phone number removed, Ken Last name removed.

The carpet in all rooms were left extremely wet. Because of the winter weather conditions yesterday, today and for the remainder of the week and weekend, I will not be able to keep my windows open. Because of the extreme water on the carpets and heater being on, my house smells like a wet dog. The excessive water should have been sucked better.
Also, when I scheduled my carpet cleaning, I was told the tech can only move items off the floor up to 50 lbs. The tech walked thru my house first and pointed out spots needed more attention due to my dog. On the corner between my night stand and wall, there was a huge spot. Even though I paid extra per room for these spots, instead of pushing the night stand ( not even close to 50 lbs) OR even asking me to push it, he just skipped treating this area. While he was working on a different room, I found out it was not cleaned and I had to get him to clean this corner pulling the night stand

I love how clean my carpet looked after the cleaning and the friendliness and professional manner of the technician. The technician was also exactly on time and was very respectful of our home.

On the flip side, I think your appointment window(all day) is too big. Surely you can schedule either morning or afternoon instead of any time that day. It makes planning my activities for that day practically impossible.
Clean carpets, professional technicians!
Easy to schedule and reschedule. The tech was great, wore shoe covers the entire time, cleaned about 6 rooms in an hour and it was awesome.
Only reason I booked the cleaning was to remove a few pet stains. After the cleaning they were still there. The spots were very similar to stains your company had removed in the past. Also - was told the carpet would be dry in 3-5 hours but it was still wet after 24 hours. Called customer service and asked for another technician to come out. Was told they would send the same technician with a supervisor so that he could learn what to do. This did not happen but a different technician came out and removed the stains in a few minutes.

The first technician did not clean the carpet properly. So, we had to make ourselves available to have a 2nd technician come out - which he did a fantastic job. However, each time someone was here it was 4+ hours- and having to do that twice was difficult as one of us had to take off work.
