Had a chair mat on the carpet where I can clearly see the "clean and dirty" spot. I think could have done a little more effort to clean this spot.

You did nothing wrong, you delivered exactly what you said at the price you said, when you said, in a courteous professional manner and there is nothing to make right. The reason I am unlikely to use you again is at that price I am more likely to buy myself a better vacuum and get multiple uses out of it then use you again. I went in expecting to pay $114 and made the choice knowing what the add-ons cost to upgrade the service while your cleaner was here, but when I sat and thought about it afterwards it just does not make economic sense to call you out twice a year when I can buy a very good vacuum for those two services in one year and not have to call you out again after that.

Hello, the technician was very nice and on time but my walls are scuffed all over at almost every corner. We recently had our entire house painted, which was expensive, and now I have to try and have someone come in a patch and paint all of the marks that were left.

My floors were left very wet. The rep left at about 12:30 and at 8:30 my floors were still damp. For the first time, my floors were left feeling crunchy and I know this will cause them to attach dirt faster. Very disappointed.

During my service, their equipment broke and it left my staircase pooled with water. It took an hour to get a replacement part and by then the water damaged my stairs. I have been waiting over a week to hear from their damage department and haven't heard anything back. Meanwhile, my stairs are warped and damaged. Could someone please reach back out to me? I have called three times and no one is calling me back.

The technician did a great job. He took his time and it made a huge difference compared to the last service we used.

Tech always does a good job even though I have white carpet that is quite old. They are always on time or even early.

Pet stain removal was added to my bill, which I agreed to. It looked great on Wednesday. With no foot traffic until this morning, the stains are back and twice the original size. You charge a hefty fee for stain removal, which I agreed to, but it does not work. Even the other 3 small non pet stains are now back and the carpet has a crunchy texture to it now. I would like to have my money refunded.

We had our grout cleaned, just in our kitchen. It was $180 and it looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. It’s so expensive! A complete waste of money!

We weren’t really happy with the cleaning, as I know our carpet is older we had zero Rez come out back in late September or so and the carpet cleaned better that time and after cleaning normally you see the difference right away at least brush stokes on the carpet.. I sprayed a spot and let it sit and it came up better with a rag after the cleaning.
