My carpets look new! The technician was professional and friendly. He did an awesome job. The carpet and upholstery took longer to dry than he communicated. That was the only downside, but the outcome was worth it!

We had a stain on a rug that is now much worse because of the treatment that was done. The technician warned that he might not be able to get it out, but it is much larger and more noticeable now.
