Non-toxic and family/pet friendly. Great customer service.
Tech was quick and friendly. He did a great job!
The pricing is not clear and thus the final bill is often higher than expected or budgeted for. For example: “We have 3 rooms of carpet -snip- at $99 plus a 4th room of carpet FREE and our disposal fee of $15(to dispose after of the water used during the cleaning) that has you at an estimate of $114.00 before taxes. This estimate does not include treating any stains or biological/pet issues, that will be assessed and priced on-site.”
Well, my bill, with $10 tip, was $175. Nearly twice what I had in mind to spend on a $99 special. You guys had just been here in November 2021!
Waste water removal is part of the cleaning process and should not be charged at 15%(!) extra. We will think twice about having Zerorez back a third time.

Did not clean dryer stack on first visit with your employee second trip the subcontractor was great problem solved so thanks but your employee was in a hurry and lazy need better training
Technician was thorough and straightforward, did a good job and was reasonable.
I have tried many of the carpet cleaning companies including those that use chemicals instead of water. Zerorez cleans better and the carpet dries in a fraction of the time. The technicians are always courteous and professional. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company that I reccommend.
Well for starters Jacob came in with a positive attitude, and when we explained the type of cleaning we were needing, he didn’t hesitate to get his job done. He took his time and cleaned the best he could and i will be calling Jacob specifically to come back for my second cleaning for the bio cleaning. Thank you Jacob your the best.
The tile doesn’t look any different after
an $89 treatment in a small bathroom and there are white spots randomly on the tile.
very confusing booking process & differing info on emails & texts. no answer when i called customer service on email. no info on email to confirm what service i booked. when tech arrived he thot i only booked couch, yet i also booked master bedroom. confusing info when we called info line to clarify exact price. one man gave us $194 then a different lady called told us $180. the promo code i had from KRLD didn’t work.
all in all, the cleaning was great & the tech was wonderful. but the messy paperwork was a hassle l-so we will try a simpler company next time.

I resent having to sign waivers and having predetermined tips computed on the invoice.
To tip is a choice, your invoice implies the tips are necessary. Waivers imply that I may files legal complaints for something your company did. Makes me wonder what that might be.

There was an appointment delay and a lack of communication by your office to let me know that he was running behind and double booked, but once he arrived he made up for my inconvenience by his exemplary attitude.
