No chemicals
Your tech -- Isis was awesome. She got out a pet urine stain that had been there for 2 years and was not gotten out by one of your prior techs. The stain did not come back after it dried.

Appointment was easy to make, they showed up on time, explained everything to me including any extra costs, were completed in the time that they said they would be and the carpet looks great!
Very disappointed with duct cleaning and carpet cleaning both. Not satisfied at all! carpet and area rug both were not cleaned and have doubt on ducts too since technician told me it might be not cleaned as it shows in the picture, how is that possible? That means he showed me wrong picture and not my home's ducts. also he told me he will forward all the pictures and videos to me which he did not accept one small video which he did in front of me. That put me with QUESTION MARK?
I was about to refer two of my friends for this service but WILL NOT any more. They were waiting for my experience with you guys.
Jesse was wonderful and so good with our dogs ! Even when one of them kept trying to "eat" his vacumn ! He also did a GREAT job.

Supposed to arrive between 10-12. Arrived after 1 pm.
We moved into a friend's rental who hasn't been thoroughly cleaned yet for the next tenant. Only because they were going to remodel. Our house caught on fire. So our friend postpone the remodel so we could move in right away. The carpet was pretty bad. But this carpet company did wonders. Some areas were beyond clean but atleast it doesn't smell. They are thorough and hardworking.
Offer better cleaning
I have always trusted zerorez. They do a great job.
Jeremy was awesome..honest is all we needed and he was straight up with us. Because of bad experiences I asked to see the corrosion he spoke of in person versus a picture and he had no problem.
We'll be using them again and requesting Jeremy 👍🏻

The technician Mario came to my home and cleaned my bedroom and 3 additional areas. I ordered the bio treatment for my bedroom. When he completed the job, and asked my visually impaired friend if she still could see a stain which she did, he stated he could dono more to get rid of the stain. I am blind so could not verrify his work. We asked someone else to come look at the carpet. The odor and stain are still present. The odor has not diminished at all and the stain is very noticeable. I feel he did not do a good job, he was here 45 mins. I would like a refund since I am very disappointed in the results. The stain in question was a result of fecal matter. but it appears the bio treatment was never used.
