John, our cleaner was very nice and very professional, however the rug cleaning (8x11) for $132 was extremely overpriced, and quite frankly, the result was very disappointing. Carpets turned out great, but the synthetic rug: no better. And the rug cleaning cost half the job!
Extremely friendly and efficient technicians!
The person that set up the estimate failed. She and I talked and I told her specifically that I had a large living room with pet issues and she quoted it, the 3 rooms, 3 walk in closets, stairs, and the landing for about $300. However, the tech told me that the quote had only 3 rooms, 1 walk in closet and the landing. He said that she removed the stairs and the living room floor. He said all needed pet care and was trying to cost me $700, to which I removed services and was still charged $500. The tech and the service itself was good after that debacle.

The two gentlemen that came out did a very professional job! They wore shoe coverings and put baseboard protectors down throughout the house. My carpets looked new when they finished. See you next time!

: first time customer...One spot treatment = 3 hours! (First van malfunctioned)...$300 for one spot treatment with no discounts even to delays of waiting for a second van to arrive. Polite and competent tech but too pricey for small area treated

He would have me come into the rooms and show me how they looked while he was working.
The company sent me messages to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time.

The professionalism and through knowledge of my technician, Alberto Gamero. He was outstanding in every respect. He did a great job of explaining to me what was going to be done and helped me move a couple of pieces of furniture. He was extremely careful in everything that he did at my house. The cleaning process was amazing and even the couple areas of concern were totally clean to look like new. I have already recommended Zerorez to a couple of people and told them to ask for Alberto Gamero to be their technician.
