The air ducts are now clean and I feel better knowing it's safer health wise inside the house!

The technician was very experienced and did an excellent job.
Cleaning job was fantastic I felt billing practice is shady. The guy told me I have 800 sq feet and cost will be around 930+tax. After finishing the cleaning he added two extra unit and billed me for 1100+ tax. I am really disappointed with your associate’s ethical behavior.

This review is for carpet cleaning
We were very disappointed at the first time when they cleaned our carpet. But the company sent another technician 2nd time and he did the whole carpet cleaning again. We could see the difference this time, looks clean!

I wish technician needs to be more professional at the first time. But we are happy with the customer service that they sent technician again to visit and he mentioned everything looks good. No other option for us beside trusting him. So we will watch and see. Thank you

Well to improve your service you need to follow up immediately after the carpet has dried to make sure there are no problems. Sometimes the spot may reappear after the carpet has dried.
The tech that cleaned my carpets was on time, explained the process, and answered all my questions concerning my pets, how long I should wait before moving everything back in place, and how long to wait before I vacuumed.
The tech (I don't remember his name) polite and professional in every sense of the word. The next time I get my carpets cleaned I would like to request him. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty. This tech is a keeper.

Hi there. I’ve used y’all numerous times in the past for carpet cleaning and I am completely happy with that. But I used your tile cleaning & sealing services today the first time. And to say the least I am not happy with some aspects of the service.
Let me first say that the overall reason I wanted this done was to get the grout cleaned and sealed. The grout looks great! No complaints there. Where you did fall short is the cleanliness of the tiles. There was a film and haze left on all the tiles. To the touch they all felt sticky. I just spent my evening mopping them to get this film off and I’m going to have to mop again tomorrow to hopefully remove it entirely.
The other complaint is two spots of damage. The first one is where your tech’s device handle scraped against our wall falling to the floor. Originally it was a long black scuff. The tech advised us of the accident and told us he could get it off. He did, but in doing so he rubbed off the paint and even the texture. The other spot is where he pulled the hoses around the corner rubbing damage on to the wall.
Your tech was extremely polite and professional. We didn’t notice the film (because the floors were still wet) nor the extent of damage on the one spot or the other spot at all until after he was gone.
After paying almost $600 for this service I wasn’t expecting to have to do so much work after. Is there any percentage you can refund me to make up for these issues including the repair of the wall (by the way we just closed on our house back in May so we’re sad that we already have this kind of damage)?

Carpet was very wet and took over 48 hours to dry. The room now smells of mildew and was treated with the anti smell treatment.
