I spoke to someone on the phone Friday. Jesse knicked the paint on the leg of my kitchen island when he pulled the hose out of the house & made the plastic corner protector bang into the legs. I sent photos.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH ZEROREZ! OUR CARPETS ARE VERY CLEAN AND LOOK SOOOO MUCH BETTER!! FRED, OUR REP FROM ZEROREZ, WAS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN AMAZING JOB. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AS WELL AS USE THEM AGAIN!

The tech was fantastic, this in no way reflects on him and I need to be clear on that. However my out the door price was $120 MORE than what I was quoted and a few items I originally bought were not clear as to what they were so I didn’t even get them. Everything felt like a nickel and dime tactic. Got the couch cleaned, picked “sectional” then a piece of the couch had to be considered an ottoman for extra, then the protectant…extra(which is fine I get it). Ordered a pet treatment, only covered a 12” spot and was extra $60 for another spot 2’ away so opted for an all over carpet superficial type spray that I had to sign a waiver stating I was told might not work. I understand business and selling of products but it seems like EVERYTHING was an add on unless I just wanted water and a vacuum on the carpet. Maybe if things were a little more transparent before hand but $120 more than the quote and the end of it all I don’t feel like I got what I originally set out for is tough to swallow.

When I called to schedule, the person I spoke with told me that they would move furniture 50 lbs or less. When they came out it was only 1 guy and he said no they don’t move furniture. He said the office people are new and we’re wrong. Would like to have known that as I was at work and my wife had just had neck surgery and was not able to move it.

I like the type of treatment and the service in the past; however the technician this time didn't seem to be as attentive the task as others in the past. The attention to the higher traffic areas by the last technician was not the same at previous technicians. My carpet is just 3 years oId a high quality 25 year warranty carpet. I'm already seeing treatable stains returning and its only been 4 days since the treatment cleaning. I intend to continue using ZEROREZ but I am disappointed in the service this time.
The tech was very professional, pleasant, and thorough. The few spots are gone, and the traffic paths are clean, and the carpet looks good.
