Very polite, professional young man!
Everyone was exceedingly helpful and kind to worth with. When there was some residue on the tile floors after the first cleaning, they immediately booked someone to come out the following morning and do another run over the entire room! They also made everything as easy as possible when I couldn't physically be there to let them in. When people go out of their way to make your life easier at a stressful time (during a move) it is SO appreciated!!!

The tech tries his best to clean my chairs, but ended up ripping them. I reached out after, but haven’t heard back. Not a good experience at all.

This is the third time I have called and used Zerorez. All three times, I have been satisfied with the service recieved.
Zerorez staff were on top of my request from the customer assistance over the phone to the technician that cleaned my carpets.
The technician was very through in explaining the cleaning process, explained the problem areas and made sure we were satisfied before he left.
Zerorez cleaned our carpets that we thought were so old and dirty that they needed to be replaced altogether. We are very impressed with how clean and revitalized the carpets now look and feel! The cleaning specialist was incredibly nice and was happy to explain the whole process to us.

Did not see a significant difference before to after on sofa cleaning. Cushions were cleaner but back pillows look the same. Was expecting more for the price.
