We like that there is no sticky residue left in our carpet after being cleaned

Booking appointment seemed easy and straightforward. I never heard anything about our appointment outside of a simple confirmation email. Two days prior I called to ensure both services would be completed on the same day as there was only a two hour window. Rep then informed me they couldn't be done same day and that was a "glitch" in the system and someone should have called. After much time and discussion, he was able to schedule the air duct cleaning the day prior. This made for 2 appointments that disturbed our work schedules. The air duct cleaning did not include any camera work or pre-inspection/discussion regarding their pre-cleaning condition. It seemed a very "blow and go" approach. Things were blown all over the floors, including a nail, pieces of ceiling, and grime in general with no discussion or clean up. It almost seems it made air quality worse. Regarding the carpet cleaning, luckily my husband had moved all the furniture and did a throughout vacuuming. It seemed a very basic cleaning - no discussion on dry time or after care. For the price of these services, I would seek elsewhere next time. I definitely was less enthused about ZEROREZ from the time I booked and decided we should use them.

Very fast job which we were hoping for and did a great job. He was very helpful in recommending what we would need to get rid of pet stains from our dogs. We will definitely use them again
The young lady's name was Isis - she was friendly, prompt, professional, informative, worked hard and efficiently, and made accommodations to not only assist in the pricing, but also in adding additional services. We actually need some other things cleaned in the future and will be calling again!

I have been using your company consistently for some time now and have been quite happy. However, one thing I notice is that each technician does it differently. Some use a "power comb" (not sure what to call it) on the carpets and some do not - why? Some take an hour, some take 30 minutes? I am happy with the service, but question it when there are things that are done differently.
The service we just had, the technician was very nice - however was not even here for 40 minutes total - does that mean he did a bad job? Not necessarily, but makes you wonder.
I am consistent each time you come, vacuum, move furniture, have bottled water and generous tip. Would like to see the same process from you all.

Plz fix shady billing practice. Associate needs to provide the price I have go pay for cleaning and stick to it. Person who cleaned my house told me $980 before he started cleaning. And after cleaning was done he charged me $1100.
The tech was very professional and did a good job explaining everything to me. But, after saying that, I’ll tell you what I didn’t like. When talking to the person with whom I made my appointment, I was told duct cleaning was 375. She never asked me how many units we had nor did she explain the different packages, bronze,silver and gold. We have 3 units. After the tech explained everything to me, I opted to only have 2 units cleaned, but the charge was still over 1500.00. Your call takers need to be better trained to ask the right questions and explain everything better so customers are not taken by surprise.
