Carpets are amazing
I resist recommending any service to ANYone unless they specifically ask me. But I assure you that your company has lived up to its reputation as being efficient, prompt and courteous. They definitely left my home better than they found it.

Had dining room/kitchen Tile floor done this time. Very happy in some parts, but not all.

Heard her in master bdm 1st, then living room. I went to check on her because she was in 2nd bdrm already.
And was totally surprised, she had already done dining/kitchen.

How can remaining dirty areas in there be cleaned?
She didn't want to mop, said she be soaking wet when she came back in. I said can you take money off, she just asked again. Said she left poncho in car, I told I had one, she says no. She said would be bringing water in. I said I didn't want to do something I paid for. She was not happy.
I ended up cleaning up a dirt spot that was there before she came, once wet floor dried. Please follow up with phone call.
