On time, professional
Jacob did a fantastic job! Professional & wore his booties! Communicated and upfront.
We were scheduled for air duct cleaning and complimentary dryer vent cleaning. Our duct construction did not allow for the cleaning and we were denied the dryer vent cleaning due to this unforeseen circumstance. This seems unfair and poor customer service given the fact we paid $125 for the technicians to be here.
I am so glad we called ZeroRez to have our carpets cleaned. We’ve had our carpets “professionally” cleaned before, but it was nothing like this. They have gained a customer for life with our family. Highly recommend!!
Always friendly and efficient!
From the start there was a great degree of trying to renege the deal. This is included that is not, I have to use this chemical and that chemical and it is $35/room more. The tech was not polite wanted to get paid prior to service rendered. He argued over forty five minutes and the actual work took thirty minutes. There was a key box that he need to put the key in and he did not lock the front door. Overall I was not satisfied and felt the closets was not clean and the actual rooms still had the depressions from the furniture. Don't use zeroz you can simply vacuum. I should have checked their reviews.
