I've used your service a few times before and my carpet was never this dry feeling, like it wasn't cleaned good. The tech said that because the carpet was a year old that it might not clean good. I used your service in a ten-year-old trailer and it felt better than this one.

Booking online is a bit misleading. There were items that my technician told me that were not stated in the online pricing that made my price go up. I think a phone call should be made to the customer to go over any extra details so that the customer knows they should quote things differently possibly.

The technicians were wonderful and very professional, keeping me informed the whole time. Despite this, I am not very pleased with the results. At first I was thrilled with them. The large, dark area I was concerned about went away using the Flash service; however, it came back within a day. I feel kind of cheated with this, thinking it was better. Also, and maybe this is normal, there is a residue-like feel when walking on the carpet barefoot. Furthermore, one of our living rooms smells like urine? It did not have this odor the day of servicing after they finished, but it did come up since then and is highly bothersome. I'm going to try steam cleaning the carpet again myself w/ our at home cleaner, but am considering just replacing that living room carpet. I am just disappointed at having spent $600 for a service I am not satisfied with. Would not recommend to others.

Stains in the carpet have resurfaced, not as prominent as before, but visible. For $963, I expected better results.
Arrived as scheduled. Associate took us through the process, was attentive, answered all our questions. Care was taken to protect corners where the tubing ran and care was taken around existing furniture. Result was highly acceptable.
