Do away with the tipping. That was very uncomfortable being surprised by the tip question while someone is standing in front of me in my house.
clean and thorough; Caesar did a wonderful job
John was so thorough when he cleaned our rugs. He first spot treated certain areas and then he used a high powered beater brush to raise and remove embedded soil. We appreciate that he used foam blocks to lift some of our furniture off of the damp, newly cleaned rugs for better drying.
We were glad that John parked the service truck on the street to lessen the noise and the exhaust fumes in our house. And it was very nice that John covered his shoes before he entered our house.
We liked that Zerorez called to notify us that John was on his way to our place about half an hour before he arrived.
Making an appointment with the Zerorez text special offer was very easy.
I love that every time I have the carpets cleaned, my home feels clean for weeks after. The employees that come clean the carpet are always professional and friendly.
Technician made comment about oversized rooms. The rooms were both 15X13 which is not close to 400sq ft. I think he wanted a bigger tip. Tips used to not be part of the cleaning. I will go back to my other carper cleaner that doesn't try to add more expenses on.

The friendly and kind carpet cleaning technician that came to my home (Demarcus) was excellent. He did a wonderful job on my carpets and got stains out along with going above and beyond. I would highly recommend zerorez and him.

I have a dent in my metal door. Someone came and took a picture of it- commented it was very small as if it was no big deal. I don’t appreciate paying over $300 and then having a dent in my front door. No one ever called back as I was told would happen. Every time I call they say they will call me back. Very poor professionalism and I will seek another company.
Your technician was fast, friendly, and efficient. My carpet looked like it did the day we moved in aside from the stains that were a little more permanent. Amazing service!
Carpets always look new after cleaning and for weeks afterwards and with two large dogs, that's saying alot.

Get a better receptionist. The girl I spoke with acted like I was lying about the spots on our carpet having come back and the tech telling me he would come back free of charge if they did. I had to ask for a manager, and then it took 10 days for anyone to call me back. I'd actually given up thinking no one would, and I just needed to post my complaint on social media or contact the BBB. Someone finally did call me back though, and I was told the tech would return, free of charge, just as he had said he would, to treat the spots again. So I have mixed feelings about using your company again after being treated so poorly.
