the cleaning was excellent and the customer service is second to none great company.
I like The way the rugs look and feel with no residue. As you know from my record we clean some rugs almost every year using your company. The young men that were here seem to be particularly efficient and helpful
Years ago out of my house that had candlewax on it and it came back just like new. This was very impressive that it came out. Obviously your company knows what they’re doing and I’m happy to use your services almost every year

On time, no smell, stays clean
Technician did not have neutral cleaner on hand, so another appointment had to be scheduled to finish the job. It’s disappointing to schedule a weekend around the cleaning, prep an area, and have to reschedule - especially when this same space has been cleaned by zerorez before.
Your tech was amazing
did not do work that was stated, took 10 phone calls to speak to owner, and he sent a rude supervisor to our home and nothing was doing. the owner has not called me back and I have proof from another company that my ducts still show dirt in them. 850.00 later what a joke of a company. there whole website is false advertising,
My experience with Zerorez was the worst of any service industry I have dealt with. I have never been so frustrated by the lack of concern to perform a job to a client’s satisfaction. First there was the broken machine and the huge stains on a just replaced carpet. I explained the carpet was just replaced and that area would have to be cleaned. The tech said it is just water…it won’t stain. There are no chemicals…just water. His response was let’s reschedule. My response was “not an option”. Okay, someone is bringing a different machine/new hoses Tech sat in his truck for two hours. I went to check on tech and he tells me maintenance won’t let him run his hoses through the staircase or from the balcony. I get maintenance and they said no problem. The tech said the guy with the hoses has come and gone. He said we would have to reschedule..it was late and he was tired. Once again, my reply was “not an option”. This job needed to be completed that day. So the guy comes back and I show the tech the first bathroom he worked on and said the tile and grout were not much cleaner than they were prior and he said that is with 1000psi and the best chemicals (I was sure he said no chemicals involved). Anyway, he continued on with bathroom and laundry room tiles as well as the master shower and within 30 min. said he was done. I told him it did not look clean at all. The company I use gets the tile looking brand new and the shower didn’t look any different. Once again, he said this is the best we can do with 1000psi and the best chemicals. I told him it was unacceptable and again said I could reschedule. I had a cleaning crew in the apartment who asked if they could show me how they could get the tile and grout clean. With a spray bottle that contained water, soap and some vinegar cleaned everything beautifully.
I have not paid the bill. Firstly, the job was unsatisfactory. For $100, my cleaning crew cleaned everything and the tile and grout looked brand new. I don’t want to pay for a service that I had to get redone. I understand the offer to come back out but plenty of chances were given on that Friday. I was offered a $200 discount but would like another $100 deducted for the extra money I had to pay my cleaners.

Great cleaning, but the carpets took much longer to dry than even what the technician said. I thought it’d take a couple of hours. We were told 6 to 8 hours. It actually took over twelve hours! We had an 8AM appointment for the whole house which finished around 10AM, but the carpet was still damp in areas when we went to sleep. It really was an unexpected pain to not be able to return furniture to the carpeted areas for so long. Other than that, the experience was fine.
No pressure to buy extra services and no residue on the carpet.

Great service by technician
My technician was great!! He had a face mask and shoe coverings on as soon as he arrived, I didn’t even have to ask him about coverings. He explained the process thoroughly, and he used the corner covers to protect my walls from his hoses. He left the area looking great!

Carpets do not clean. I also had an ink stain about the size of a quarter and after zerorez was done the stain spread and now it is about 20-30 inches around. Very dissatisfied and we had been using zerorez for 10 years
